inCode is an organization of employees who spend much of their time on client sites away from their peers and corporate office locations. To preserve the peer relationship between our regions and corporate office, inCode sponsors many teambuilding events each year ranging from Picnics, Basketball and Tennis Tournaments, as well as a company Softball team.
At inCode we strongly encourage our employees to grow and learn. We offer tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per calendar year for courses towards continued education, a certificate program or a degree.
