Teresa Jacques
Vice President, Human Resources

A human resources professional with over 18 years of experience within the telecommunications industry, Teresa is responsible for establishing inCode's policies in regard to recruiting, developing and supporting employees. She also plays a vital role in regard to organizational and leadership development, recruitment programs, employee motivation programs, compensation programs, and learning and development strategies using e-learning.

Before joining inCode, she was Vice President, Human Resources at Cable and Wireless North America, where she supervised the redesign of the organization, which integrated one of the largest Internet business acquisitions in the industry. Teresa also spearheaded a major change program that transformed the company into a data and IP led business. She has also led human resource programs in joint ventures, start-ups, acquisitions and mergers. She has worked in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, North America, South America and Europe. Teresa earned her Masters degree in Manpower studies from Central London Polytechnic and completed the General Manager's Program at Harvard Business School.
