Dick Davidson
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A financial leader with an extensive technology background, Dick manages inCode's financial strategy, develops the financial infrastructure, and controls the company's treasury and financing operations. His extensive global experience includes working as Director of Worldwide Brand Finance for IBM's Personal Systems Group. There, he managed the restructuring of IBMs' Consumer PC Division, which led to a total redefinition of IBM's strategy in the Consumer PC industry. Dick holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelors degree in Economics from UCLA.
