Service Line Director, Business Strategy Group

Al has over eight years of project management and client service experience. At inCode, he is responsible for managing our assigned consulting staff, defining services, managing client projects, and working on new business opportunities. He has been involved in our Wireless Carrier Strategic Initiative, 3G Migration, Account Spending Limit Product Launch, and Automotive Telematics. Prior to joining inCode, he was at Deloitte Consulting where he developed expertise in a number of areas, including business plan development, 3G migration strategy, network cost analysis, competitive response predictions, customer segmentation and analysis and financial modeling.

Al has also worked as a CPA in client service in the Advisory and Assurance practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP. He earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at St. Cloud State University.
