Rob Chimsky
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President & General Manager of inCode International

With more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Rob is responsible for managing inCode’s technology lab—which has emerged as a unique showcase of interoperability and integration of wireless industry platforms—training, tools support, proposal development and service offering creation functions. He is also charged with fostering partnerships with multi-national companies and developing inCode’s engineering expertise to expand the company’s presence internationally.

Rob brings an impressive track record in sales, marketing and technical areas in both wireline and wireless telecommunications companies, as well as strategic consulting management to several leading international telecommunications firms. He understands the challenges and network requirements wireless carriers face from a first-hand perspective and possesses the marketing and technical analysis expertise to assist in making critical technological choices.

Prior to joining inCode, Rob was Vice President, Technology and Subscriber Unit Development for Nextel Communications. Rob earned his Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College, and his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from University of Cincinnati.
